What is the IRONCLAD-150 JOCK FITNESS CLUB Means for You:

150 means exercising a minimum of 25 minutes 6 days per week.

JOCK means Juxtaposition where two types of exercises (OPEN & CLOSE) Kinetics are performed during the same workout period.

OPEN– Are exercises the work particular muscles and limbs working independently.

CLOSE– Are exercises that work the entire body where the body is anchored

KINETICS– The study of forces that cause motion (ex. torque, gravity, friction, etc.) and can be classified into two groups: Linear, vertical, or angular using strength training and calisthenics.

IRONCLAD is pumping Iron to protect yourself from the ravages of aging including Maintaining a healthy waistline, healthy numbers, avoid heart disease, diabetes, injuries, decrease independence, maintain and improve balance and range of motion as we age. There is a great scripture verse in the Bible in Proverbs 27:17- As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. For my purpose, I would add the word Shapes where it would state: As iron shapes and sharpens iron, so one person shapes and sharpens another.
