The IRONCLAD-150 Fitness & Catabolic Diet Program to drop Lbs., inches, and years off your appearance even if you are over your 60’s. This diet will turn your body into a turbocharged calorie-burning juggernaut.

The Age-Defying Benefits of the IRONCLAD-150 Fitness and Catabolic Diet Program

The Ironclad-150 is the focus on strength training to burn calories and the 150 is the number of minutes per week recommended by health and fitness organization of working out 25- minutes 6- days per week. Besides burning calories, your muscles produce a natural growth hormone that contains collagen for cell replacement in the body. You can defy the statistics by pumping iron and producing collagen past your 60’s.

One of my favorite elements is bench pressing in my gym.

Your muscles are your best ally in your pursuit of getting in shape and looking younger and better just by allowing your body to produce collagen that starts to decrease after age 30 and then stops altogether after your 60’s. But that doesn’t have to be the case. In the photograph below, I am 68 years old at my home office:

The Catabolic Diet Program

By using just nine (9) data points from the standard nutrition label you can identify one of the worst culprits for heart disease, diabetes, weight gain, high cholesterol, and even factors leading to Alzheimer’s, these are your hidden sugars, those simple carbohydrates. Total carbs are listed, but are not broken down into complex carbs that you need and simple carbs you don’t need especially to lose weight and get off medications.

Nine Data points on the Nutrition Label you can use to allow your body to become a turbocharged-calorie-burning juggernaut. These data points plug in to a formula to figure the MACS Factor. You want to keep 95% of all your meal items at or below a MACS Factor of 3.50.

All Drugs have Side Effects

All medications (or drugs) have side effects, and if you can eliminate certain prescription drugs you can limit these side effects. For example some of the side effects- GLP-1 (weight lost shot, or as President Trump refers to it as the FAT SHOT) that is extremely popular has the following side effects: loss of hair, muscle mass, and less common side effects but serious risks include pancreatitis, kidney problems, gallbladder issues, thyroid tumors, gastroparesis (slow stomach emptying), and low blood sugar. This is why diabetes are prescribed GLP-1 drugs to control insulin levels.
