Eighty percent (80%) of looking and feeling decades younger is based on your diet while the other 20 percent is based on your fitness and maintaining an active lifestyle. There are simple foods that you can include in your diet that can provide you with the ability to look and feel not just years younger, but actually decades younger as if you are in your mid-30’s.

Healthy menu choices in your daily meals can turn the clock back on how you age just by knowing how to read the standard nutrition label on foods labels you purchase at your local grocery stores or order from the menu at your favorite restaurant. Most restaurants have for the past decade have posted nutrition information on their E-menu that can be accessed with your I-phone. Especially since the MAHA moment has taken over that has been championed by Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

Pinto Beans are considered the Perfect Food that has a MACS of 1.97 (anything below 3.25 MACS is healthy to have as part of your diet) that your body can used to look and feel years younger. I have Pinto Beans with each of my lunch and dinner meals, especially with a Jalapeño pepper:

Just a suggestion for those seniors in high school or those about ready to retire. High School seniors, before you enroll in college, first go enroll in a local community college and pick up a trade. This will give you time to figure out what you want to do and within 18 months you can start earning a living. Those about ready to Retire go to a community college and also pick up a trade that can become your second career when you do retire like I did in welding:

The GOOD are two FATS that are beneficial to consume, containing monounsaturated and polyunsaturated, these are good for your heart health and aid in healthy looking skin. The good also includes complex carbohydrates that are also good for heart health and those with diabetes. Good fats are also essential for our cognitive function, cell health, and weight management.

The BAD fats are of course Saturated and Trans-Fats that are listed on the label, but what not listed is the hidden sugar, those starches, that are the main culprit for weight gain, high (LDL) cholesterol numbers, and contributes to diabetes.

The TRUTH is finding foods that are high in Protein, Fiber, Omega-3 and 6, and complex carbohydrates that you need to maintain your youthful look and feel for an active life.
