The Obstacles of Golf to the Amateur Golf

The biggest obstacle or issue about the sport of golf is that most of us are amateurs where the sport of golf is our passion and not our profession. The amateur restraints are work on the range time and playing for the most part on the weekends if that often. Even though we are amateurs, we still have a huge advantage that we all have access to, the distance between our ears. The fact about golf is that like most sports, we DO NOT play golf with our conscious mind with swing thoughts but rather our subconscious mind with instincts with developing muscle memory.

This developed Sync-Prest muscle memory can go from Tee box to the green to lower our scores and handicaps, that includes our frustration. The Sync (Palmar Flexion) and Preset (Supination) are natural instincts and muscle memory that we possess and used since early childhood.

The GOOD NEWS is there is nothing additional that the golfer needs to develop, you got this wrist acting in the golf swing you just need to tweak it just a little to hit more fairways and greens. If you can throw a baseball and swing a baseball bat you have the basics skills needed to go from the Tee Box to hit more fairways and hole more putts. The Golfer’s Sync-Preset Strike Zone APP coaches these techniques that are our natural instincts that we can use on the golf course and train ourselves in that area between our ears, our subconscious mind.

The term APP– Stands for Apperception is where an athlete can take skills developed for one sport (like baseball swing in the batter’s box) and apply it to another sport (like golf on the tee box). This is a key part to unlocking the tremendous potential of the golfer’s subconscious mind.

The Golf Swing Preset Wrists Action Mechanics of Sync and Preset

It is one thing to develop swing mechanics the golfer wants to develop to improve their golf game, but it is an entirely different thing to develop proper muscle memory for your golf game. The golfer needs to engage their subconscious mind to make consistent golf shots with power, acceleration, control, with clubhead speed at impact. The muscles the golfer needs to develop, feel, and to engage their subconscious mind consist of two muscles we used everyday the- Palmaris Longus and Brachioradialis Muscles/tendons. These two muscles are responsible for Palmar Flexion and Supination wrist actions.

The Golf Swing Sync-Preset wrist action into the Cock & Lock Position

To link into your subconscious mind, the golfer needs just to use two of their five natural senses, visual and feel, that is it; and NO THINKING REQUIRED. Golfers just need to visualize and feel their Palmar Flexion and Supination to sync and preset their wrist action into the Cock & Lock Position, shown above.

This type of muscle memory accesses their biggest advantage the golfer has on the golf course, the golfer’s subconscious mind. Visualization and feeling are essential for the golfer to use to get into their ZONE!
